Mission

The mission of the Association is the mutual recognition of certificates and qualifications in the field of live performance and entertainment between the member organisations.

To fulfil the mission:

• the association and its members guarantee the quality, ensure transparency and support the member assessment centres.
• the association promotes the principles of good assessment and certification, lifelong learning, education and training in the life performance and event sector.
• the association represents its members in international fora on matters concerning its mission.
• The association can develop all actions to reach its goals, like development of common qualification standards and validation methods, training and validation of assessors, training of mentors, validating assessment centres.
